Home Restyling And Reorganising
After the initial consultation, the next step is to work with your budget and personal preferences to develop a vision for your interior. A Home Restyling and Reorganising service is a hands-on experience with your in-home stylist. Home restyling can be done with the existing furniture and accessories or a combination of existing and new. With this service, you will receive a guidance with reorganising, an itemized list of furniture and suppliers, and a budget for each room. With the resources we create, you will have all the tools to buy and style your space either yourself or with the help of your stylist. This service does not include floor plans or professionally designed mood boards and it is charged at a daily rate.

Complete Makeover & Furniture Procurement
While Home Restyling and Reorganising service gives you all the resources to style your space, sourcing for items, knowing how to style them and making last minute adjustments can be very time consuming and stressful. We can take that stress off your shoulders. We can source and buy all the furniture and accessories on your behalf, arrange the delivery installation and styling. We will pass on the best furniture prices to you by offering you our Trade discounts for a 10% procurement fee.
This option is great if you are time poor or are choosing to style a rental property or Airbnb. As with all our packages, we will tailor this process to your needs.
You will receive concept mood boards, floor plan layouts, an itemized list with the suppliers and prices, furniture installation, and on-site styling.
Accommodation And Airbnb Styling
We offer the complete package to prepare your property for sale or for holiday accommodation (Airbnb). We take into consideration the target market and create a style that complements the marketing of your property, helping you achieve a higher sale or rent price. We work with your needs and budget to fully or partially furnish and style your property, sourcing and installing all the items for you. We can work with your realtor to create the right look and even source licensed tradesmen for minor repairs. This is all about getting your property up to par with the market and ready to sell or rent.

From Concept Design To Completion
The full Interior Design package covers every aspect of the design process, from initial concept design through to design and documentation and on-site project management if required. Each project is fully customised to suit our clients needs, giving you the confidence that we can bring your dream space to life. Our Interior Design service includes:
CONCEPT DESIGN: Project brief, vision boards, spatial floor plans, 3D imagery, elevations, suggestive colour schemes and materials
DESIGN AND DOCUMENTATION: Detailed material boards, full documentation including detailed floor plans, detailed elevations, lighting, custom joinery design, FF&E Schedule, 3D visual rendered images.
