Before and After: Beach-side Apartment Renovation 2014

My husband, a licensed builder, and I did a complete transformation of this Burleigh Heads apartment. This first-floor apartment had no ocean views but had lots of potential due to the location, and proximity to the beach. I decorated, styled and staged on a tight budget, choosing natural materials where possible. The apartment was sold for a record price in the building.
